The department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at North Carolina A&T State University is sponsoring three Outreach Programs PRP, PRP6, and PIER for high school students. The programs are designed to give students who aspire to be engineers a head start by exposing them to the many facets of Industrial Engineering, which include Human Machine Systems, Though each program is a separate entity they all have interrelated common goals that identify high school students with interests, aptitudes, and demonstrated ability in science and mathematics and provide career awareness, academic training, and motivation in engineering.
